Building a community from the first member

At GDG on Campus MUST, the work started before the first event: recruiting members, shaping the team, and drafting our initial bylaws. Organizing that first event turned a group of students into a team.

DevFest MUST 2024 brought together more than 200 participants and five speakers, with 40 club members working on the event. It was an opportunity to connect students with people building technology in practice.

That experience shaped the next chapter: hands-on Build with AI workshops, collaboration with GDG Ulaanbaatar and Women Techmakers Mongolia, and a wider network of student developers. The purpose stays the same — create more opportunities to learn by doing and to grow together.
